Kolby Kothman-Meyer
Lead Health Coach

Kolby Kothman-Meyer is a certified Health and Wellness Coach and the founder of WellWise Health. Her work is informed by both professional coaching experience and lived insight into the role lifestyle plays in long-term well-being.
 
After navigating significant health challenges early in life, Kolby became deeply interested in how nutrition, stress management, and daily habits influence overall health. That curiosity shaped her approach to wellness and ultimately led her to formal training through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition.
 
Before founding WellWise Health, Kolby spent over a decade coaching professionals at global organizations including Google and Deloitte, developing a strong foundation in behavior change, mindset, and sustainable personal growth. Today, she brings that experience into her wellness work, supporting clients in building realistic habits around nutrition, nervous system regulation, and daily rhythms.
 
Kolby combines science-backed wellness strategies with compassion and practicality, helping clients feel more confident, energized, and capable in their bodies. She speaks English, Spanish, and conversational German, and is committed to creating a supportive, inclusive space for meaningful change.

Functional Movement Specialist

Ryan Chadwell is a Functional Movement Specialist at WellWise Health, specializing in strength, mobility, and longevity-focused training. His work centers on helping adults build resilient, capable bodies that support independence and confidence as they age.
 
Ryan’s approach emphasizes functional movement patterns that translate to real-life activities, rather than isolated exercises. Through progressive strength training and targeted mobility work, he supports joint health, balance, and long-term physical capacity—key elements for injury prevention and sustained quality of life.
 
With a strong focus on safety and sustainability, Ryan designs programs that are challenging yet appropriate, prioritizing consistent progress over short-term intensity. His work is especially supportive for clients navigating age-related changes, past injuries, or a desire to stay active well into later life.
 
Ryan is passionate about redefining what aging can look like. He believes strength and mobility are achievable at any stage, and works closely with clients to help them move better, feel stronger, and remain engaged in the activities they enjoy.
